In 1988, Robert Roden set out with a mission to help hotels in the Southeast extend the life-cycle of their case goods and soft goods at an affordable price. The demand for quality hotel furniture restoration with above-average customer service quickly grew. In 2020, Robert’s son, Andrew joined the family business and established a second base of operations in Arizona to better serve the growing need in the southwest region and beyond. Today, we are a national company serving all 50 states and territories.

Our water-based, low-VOC products are dry within 3.5 hours, so the room can sell the same day.

Restores the Original Luster

We remove grime and oils from the surface of doors, then color correct and spray a topcoat to restore the sheen and protect the finish. Available for interior or exterior doors.

Custom Color Matching

Our technicians match stains and toners to the existing finish on your case goods to remove damage or discoloration, restoring the original appearance of your FF&E.

Repairing Damages

When guests or their beloved pets get a bit too wild, your furniture often suffers. And if you’ve discovered water damage around a guestroom refrigerator, fret not. We are here to fix these issues with our expertise and care.
